Boomerang Generation

According to a recent monster.com survey, 63% of college graduates plan to return home following graduation And, households with annual incomes of $80,000 or more are even more likely to have a recent grad come back home. What's going on? What is it about our kids, our parenting, our environment and the college experience that results in boomerang kids? Many of my friends have spent $200, 000 on a prestigious university education for their children, to find that 1 year after graduation, junior is home with dirty laundry and still on the payroll. Have we enabled a work unready generation?
